It has been my second visit at the City Residence in Saint-Maurice, and I have been motivated to come back by the great welcome, attention, professionalism, and overall quality of the service I was offered.

Best hotel in Paris!! The staff were so amazing and so helpful! We had some issues in regards to money when booking the hotel (as we are students we are broke lol) and they were so understanding and helpful. Just all together amazing!! The hotel in itself had a little kitchen and very spacious we loved it! Clean and had everything we needed. Also the worker called Fredrick needs to be promoted he was so amazing!! Helped us so much!! :))

Great value for money accommodation, very comfortable even for big families, next to a supermarket and bakery, very close to metro and bus, but quite far from the city centre. I would come back to stay with my family! We recommend it! The hotel is located in a beautiful area, next to the Seine and if you are lucky, like us, you may have a room with a wonderful view of the river, which admittedly, enhances the trip and the experience of the stay immensely!! Every minute in the room meant another enjoyment of the view and on New Year's Eve we could see the fireworks from afar! The space is very comfortable in size, it was the first time we had such a large space for our family in a hotel! Two adults and four children, we were not cramped at all! Two bedrooms and a single kitchen-living room-dining area, all extremely comfortable! The bathroom is huge and hot water 24 hours!! Excellent quality shampoo-shower available! The apartment also has a small storage room to gather all the things that don't fit in its two - extremely comfortable - wardrobes! So suitcases-shoes-bags pile up there and don't hinder a comfortable stay! Fully equipped kitchen! Supermarket and bakery within walking distance (2 minutes walk!) and the prices in them, much lower than in the center of Paris. Two metro stops near the property, about 10 minutes' walk away. Bus stop even closer and Velib bike rental station a minute away! So transportation is facilitated, despite the hotel's distance from the city center! The area is very beautiful, enjoyable for walking and cycling, with a very large park nearby, very quiet and we felt safe at all hours! The hotel is also very quiet, even though it was crowded, we didn't hear a single conversation or noise from other rooms, which probably means that it has excellent soundproofing!! Breakfast is optional, we tried it and it was good. Amazing staff!! All the employees and Alècia, the front office manager who served us personally, were very friendly, cheerful and willing to help you with anything! Transportation information, calling a taxi to the airport, anything you might need and there was always someone at the reception, at all hours and in a very good mood!!! The hotel is quite far from the city center, you need about 40 minutes by public transport, which means that if you are traveling to see sights and museums, you lose a very important time of the day to travel. Especially if you have children with you, they get quite tired. Cleaning of the room is not included during the stay, unless requested for an extra fee. I would prefer the room to be cleaned every 2 or even 3 days.

Staying there is like staying in your own home. Ask for the river view room. It will be more scenic than the room facing the residential buildings.

Enough room to sleep on good beds. Shower was perfect, quick warm.

Хочу залишити позитивний відгук, номер відповідає своїй ціні та і можна заїхати в 10-11 годині ранку , якщо доплатите 20€ , це дуже дешево. Якщо не хочете доплачувати там є кімната де можна залишити свій багаж і прийти пізніше. На рецепції всі дуже дружелюбні та з радістю допоможуть у вирішенні ваших питань. Єдине що не сподобалось, я орендував готель на 8 ночей і потрібно було доплатити 20€ за прибирання, суть зовсім не в грошах , а в тому що нам змінили тільки рушники , а постіль так і залишили(( також було багато пилу під ліжком. Це єдині 2 мінуси в цьому готелі. Але я б з радістю повернувся сюди знову. Надіюсь до наступного разу вони це виправлять😅😅😅

Very good place for paris location

City Residence was a wonderful place to stay during our recent visit to Paris. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. It is located in a quiet area right off the highway with nearby restaurants. There are also grocery stores very near the hotel if you wish to use the kitchen facilities in your room. We were driving a large van that could not fit into the hotel’s garage but there was a suitable parking lot within 5 minutes walk. The Metro is a short 10 minute walk from the hotel giving easy access to all the attractions in Paris. The front desk staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Thank you so much for helping to make our stay in Paris so memorable.

Clen . Comfortable. Near by supermarkert and restaurants. Bus station 5 min. away and Metro station 7-8 min away .

This place is GREAT! Beyond my expectations! Friendly staff, very nice room, space well distributed, really comfortable beds, perfectly clean bathroom was just what we needed. Great price for the room, great services, very well connected with really nice local restaurants and the metro Line 8. We would love to stay here again!

Clean and good. Friendly people. Everything you need is there. WiFi, small kitchen and possibility to make a cup of tea. Breakfast was good as well.

It was a good stay while working in Paris.

We are a group of 8 persons with 4 person per room it was a good spacious for the price.

Simple, but good, large room. Not a luxurieus hotel. Our room, bed sheets, bathroom and the little kitchen were clean. We didnt have breakbeat at the hotel.

Staff are really friendly and accommodating. We actually booked the place last minute because we didn’t like our airbnb. We were all glad that we were able book rooms. Place is close to the the metro and has a convenience store nearby.

All services provided by the property exceeded my expectation.. The only negative is the weak wifi

Magnifique appartement! Tout est fonctionnel, propreté impeccable, la batterie de cuisine est minimaliste et complète, rien à dire; c'était super!

clean, spacious, great storage for clothes, quiet. In the area there are supermarket, pharmacy, bars and it is 10 minutes from the Metro. I suggest it.

I faced a couple of issues during my stay: 1. My check-in experience was Atrocious! The receptionist did not speak English. I pre-learned how to say in French: “May name is.. and I have a reservation”, and he said come back tomorrow.. I showed him my passport, and he still would not get me checked-in. I pulled Google translator, and he finally searched for my envelope…. It was frustrating! 2. The Wi-Fi network given in my envelope did not work. I had to wait until the next day to have internet. 3. The door got locked, and because of this, I missed my Uber! I had to pay Uber a cancellation fee. One of the weekend day-shift receptionists did not know how to unlock the door, and he was speaking loud (as if he was mad) to other staff saying that I pressed the wrong button, and I got the door locked.. However, the room was spacious and very clean! It had the perfect temperature upon my arrival after a hot day in Paris. Ramses (day-shift receptionist) was very nice and friendly! He was the only pleasant staff member that I interacted with!

It was a very pleasant experience staying at the hotel. Everything was perfect! The room, beds, bathroom, etc. I loved the friendliness of the employees. If I go to Paris again I will definitely be at this hotel. And of course I will recommend it to my friends.
